i've decided i want to make an mxo bot for xp and/or looting. possibly a situation specific bot (ie, meant to be used only in a certain place against a certain enemy). any ideas on what i need to use?

Sounds interesting, which enemy are u thinking about? you would need to be able to program too!

sakura tengu

automating the interlock and specials would be easy enough. i can actually just do those with a macro. but i don't know how to program the cursor to loot for me. the mxo bot on tault here isn't effective for tengu because it takes so damn long to loot, tengu is already back kicking my !@#$%^&*.

i'm thinking i want it to run to coordinate x,x,x then attack, loot, run to coordinates x,x,x then /sit for 1 or 2 minutes, then repeat.

something along the lines of this sounds good,

PRESS "C"
TYPE "/FOLLOW"
PRESS "NUM LOCK"
PRESS "F"

*Engages Interlock*

PRESS "1,2,3,4,5"

*Kills Tengu*

TYPE "/FACE"
PRESS "NUM LOCK"

MOVE MOUSE TO XXX
RIGHT CLICK
LEFT CLICK

*Does the above several Times*

*Takes loot*

MOVE MOUSE TO XXX
LEFT CLICK

Or something like that :P

Nah sorry, dont know much programming, check the thread where the bot is, there is a bit of code there that points to a section on the screen i think.

There's a program, MacroMaker, that will allow you to move your cursor to the area specified.
