hey i had the same trouble, but i found out what was wrong so here take this stuff here this will make it work
1.) Change Your Host File To Look Like This

2.) If You have Multiple Hard Drives i found its easy to just Place the L2W_Sve.exe into my C: Drive Since My L2 Is installed on my D: Drive.
3.) Create a Folder Naming it what ever you like then unrar the IGWalker1.7.6 to that Folder. (If you dont have winrar you can download it at
http://www.rarlab.com
4.) Run the L2W_Sve.exe and it should say 5001,4 click Run or Start. Which ever it has. Make Sure when you run the L2W_Sve.exe that it doesnt say invalid parmeter. that means you have to move it to a drive that the program knows where it is. like C:\L2W_Sve.exe or D:\L2w_Sve.exe (get my drift?)
5.) Then Open up the L2Walker.exe from the folder you created, Then Set the path for where ever your l2.exe file is. (Make sure you dont set it to the autoupdater) ex. (C:\Program Files\Lineage II\system\l2.exe)
6.) Then after you have done that Click Run Lineage II.
7.) The Game will load up and then you enter your username and password. Then when you are in-game you press Home to bring up the Hidden Walker Menu...
