did there is a way for incraise the radius detection each time enemy pop in the radar he always close of me let say around 5000 range unit i wanted know if there is a way to can scan a more huge radius

No there is not. The servers do not send mob data to your computer until you are a certain distance from them. It is not like EQ where you have knowledge of the entire zone. You just get information for a bubble around you.

I've also found standing still every now and again will pop more mob and enemy data then running around.

That's true... And the higher speed you run with the shorter the effective radius detection is.
