For this one you need to be a defiler working on you epic. When you are on a part in North Freeport you will have to scribe and item then click a box to get whats inside to continue. If you do not scribe the item first and click box it wont update quest but everytime you click it will level up gathering by one. So if you never did gathering you can max it in 395 clicks.

Nay -- too narrow in scope.
