JC Tokens Help (Damaged Necklace) : World of Warcraft General Discussions

I'm trying to get JC tokens other than from the 1 a day and not spending hundreds of gold on titanium powder or titanium ore. Anyone know the best way to get damaged necklaces (other than from AH) like best drop rates, or JC tokens in general.
