I have my scrapper useing a katana and I want to know if I should go with the refelxs or dark armor as a secondary powers. or should I go with the other options that i cant think of right now

I dont know... After ED, Instant Healing is a toggle, so it sorta sucks. I have a martial arts/super reflexes. He is level 27 right now, but I love him. If I was starting over, I'd go Dark Melee/Super Reflexes. Because! Dark Melee has a strong -acc effect. So, they wont be able to hit you ontop of all your sheilds.

I have a regen and its very useful. What i would do is download a City of Heroes Planner and plan ahead. If you are a regen you need to get your regen powers first. Meaning you should only have 1 or 2 atttacks by lvl 16 and mostly regen powers. Be sure to slot them up and keep them fully enhanced and your can be a great team mate and hero on the game!

After regen nerfing it's ok.I have a lvl 30 regen/MA i love him.But u have to get most of your regen powers first,then get attacks regen is a good support power to keep u alive.

You could go with Super Reflexes, because in PvP they are near impossible to hit. Other than the electric power set, blasters have complete crap accuracy, and Tanks seem to miss constantly as well. If you chose super reflexes, Dark is the best primary because it debuffs their accuracy, so you have twice the chance of dodging their attacks.
The new Willpower set is brilliant: low endurance cost and great buffs. The only problem is it has boring animation.
Dark is essential secondary if you want to power level. Just add superspeed to it and you're completely invisible. It also has great animations and a decent amount of resistance to most attacks.
I don't recommend regeneration. I personally have never had it, but my brother did and he was constantly dying, even at higher levels.
