Anti-recoil trick for CS 1.6 : FPS / MMORPG / RTS Discussion

This may sound simple and ineffective, but try it for yourself. Aim at a certain spot or object in the map with your automatic weapon. While holding the trigger down and shooting at the spot, slowly drag the mouse downwards while shooting. You will notice that you have emptied your whole clip into the same place with almost no recoil. It takes a little while to perfect this technique and get it implemented into your game. How much downwards drag necessary depends on your mouse sensitivity. In CS 1.6, the recoil always goes up, unlike the random shaking in CS: Source, so it won't work in Source. Practice!
