Crafter Error plz help : EverQuest 2 Premium Discussions

I keep getting this when i hit play.

HP Framework Component Manager Service has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

i never recieve the Crafter window. any ideas?

I have SP2 installed and checked for new updates, still get the error.

i downloaded microsoft.dotnet framework 1.1 installed it, installed updates.. also checked to see if i was runnin sp2, i was. and checked for every window update available. i still get this stupid message. I hate my computer. ok.. i just had to vent a lil bit. also i still do not recieve a crafting window.

the window i do not get is the one posted in the sticky. "eq2crafterss.jpg"
the one that says, .. EQ2Crafter. Config tab, Stats tab, Vendor1 tab, Vendor2 tab, Begin Config button, etc etc.. im not smart enough to post a picture of it.. but its on the sticky on Macro page. If you guys need any more info let me know. and i apologize for the many posts, but im just tryin to reslove this issue. Thanks alot ~wolfey187

Well, if I am reading correctly what that is. Thats an HP Printer Service.
Tried Stopping the Service before Starting Xunleashed? Not sure why it would affect it. But I have never liked any driver from HP in the first place.

you were right, i disabled my printer and the darn thing works perfectly!! thanks for takin a lil time out of your day to help a noobie!
