just found that, if u put a bag into the house vault, then drag it back to your bags, and u can see bags in bag

This was in the patch message for 02/17/2005:
- Empty bags can now be stored inside other bags. You can't put any items into a bag that is located within another.

Or are you saying you can put bags with items inside another bag?

yes, a bag with items can store into bags in this way, but can't use any items inside if the bag is in bag
