Begin by using Bandwidth Controller to create intentional lag. Create a new profile and set the maximum incoming rate to 5000. you can get the bandwith controler here

Once you have it patched:
1) Send yourself whatever you want duped, items or gil
2) Open delivery box and pull the plug on your internet connection
3) Spam the enter key on what you want to take
4) It will allow you to click Take twice if you hit enter fast enough (the old exploit)
5) It will say Communications Conjested twice
6) Plug cord back in and wallah, you get two of the same item/gil!!
and yes it still does work after this recent patch its just hard to get u have to do it at the right time
