Level Skill Level for Spell Lines : EverQuest 2 Submissions

I play a priest and my ordination always lags behind. I found that the spell skill check is done at the begining of casting and not upon completion if you just run around spammming the spell key you will gain skill without ever casting the spell.

This works great for the buff spells as they always lag behind on a priest also they don't require you to have a target to cast.

Works for archery on my ranger. Also works for harvesting except people always steal your resource nodes.

I can confirm that this does NOT work on harvesting. Although the skill check does not care whether you were successful or not, it will not give you a skillup if you didn't complete the harvest.
