The vendors on the newbie island sell only distilled water at 18 copper.

The first crafting guild you join sells aerated mineral water at 6 copper.

---> use another character to buy the cheap water, and the bank to transfer the water to your character on the newbie island.


The second crafting guild you join, also only sells the distilled water at 18 copper.

---> you can go back to your first crafting guild and buy the cheap water at 6 copper.
