In my ever so humble opinion, I'd say it's worth it. The ghosting has been given before true, but I'd never seen the door use listed and there's enough locked doors in EQ2 to make that worth it by itself. He laid out the instructions concisely enough to make it understandable by everyone (which is a pretty rare talent these days).
The offsets by themselves would be a given, though I can't tell you if they work until I get home and go take a trip down memory lane. <---Memory lane, get it? I kill me sometimes.
Most importantly, having a guy like this would be an asset to the forums by itself. The ability to think outside the box as it were is a valuable tool, and anyone who messes with offsets gets cool points in my book
