I've been tracking this game for a little over a month now and it seems to be shaping up as an exciting new MMO. Just curious if anyone else has been keeping up with the development of this and if anyone is interested in it.

For more information on the game you can go to: www.ddo.com

Yeah definately looks like slow lvling but it looks like there will be some leway for solo play to some extent and no campers/botters to destroy the economy since every quest is instanced.

I've been a D&D fan for years and years and I'm really looking forward to the implementation of the PnP version to the best of their ability.

Hoping for a beta invite....heh

Looks nice, lvling looks uber slow like you guys said, but Botters can still grind mobs with a bot and that can affect the Global Econ.

Visually it looks good, I am not excited with it, and I have been in DDO since Alpha test. The leveling is ok but at higher lvls like at lvl 7 its just becomes more and more grinding of the same missions.

I tried the 10 day free trial and it isn't working for me. That narrarator drives me insane and its honestly not that entertaining for me.

This is my first MMO, although Ive plenty of friends that play EQ and WOW. Im certainly enjoying it...lots of stuff to smash, lol. Oustanding site! My only disagreement thus far with DDO is what appears to have been a 'rush to market', and let the bugs get fixed as they pop up. I can't imagine the logistics of trying to launch and maintain something this massive and it NOT bugging from time to time. That being said, I do feel the DDO Admin is doing a stand up job of getting things in tight order as they can. Looking forward to the new Mod 'sometime' in July. Lol
