EQ2 Bot: HarvestBot 4.02 : EverQuest 2 Nerfed Info

Added full support for AIM with remote-control and auto-updating features. See
INI file for configuration and usage.
Fixed a bug causing harvesting abilities to pause the bot if the configuration
does not use hotkeys and the reply key is set to 'R'. The reply key
is now disabled if hotkeys are also disabled.
Fixed the list of harvestable items to more accurately report rare and
uncommon harvests.

Awsome cant wait to try it when i get home from work. Thanks for all the hard work on this harvester.

Sorry for the newbieish question but what exactly is the shiznit with AIM support? I don't use AIM so can you fill me in? Is this a way that if someone sends you a tell you can respond elsewhere?

That's one use for it.

The basis of the AIM feature's attractiveness comes from being able to monitor and control the bot remotely: from a laptop, PDA, computer at school or work, etc. The feature does not help you if you only have access to one computer/device with AIM.

has any one had any trouble with getting the aim plug installed in the client?
this is what i keep getting when i follow the manual registration instructions.

When i go to manualy register this plugin with the client i get an error that reads like this.

Two different copies of MSCOREE.DLL have been loaded

first copy:
<Unknown>

Second Copy:
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\mscorwks.dll

This is typically caused by having a registered MSCOREE.DLL that is different from the one that is statically linked with the application.



Any clue on what i could do to fix this?

I didn't... I'd suggest you send a PM to the AIM plugin author or post a public message in his thread. Sorry you're having issues and wish I knew more about that particular problem.

I am having the same problem. Any luck on finding an answer to this?

Same here ... i had this problume even when i wasn't runing the harvestbot ... i was runing the aim program and a Testerscript (was playing with the AIM system before it came out)

I'm having a problem getting this to harvest anything. I run around and identify the nodes, but it says they are all unharvestable in the logs.

Anyone have a setup guide for this macro? Also I noticed that a lot of people had other zone harvest waypoints and harvest nodes in there configuration does anyone have a good one for Nek Forest?

The best way to get noticed and banned is for everyone to share and trade harvest routes. Please make your own harvest route.

Bug: Rough Opaline (T4 harvest) is getting reported as a rare

In HarvestBot_Classes_v402 the rare search is set to

:Rough Opal

since both Rough Opal and rough opaline would match (it doesn't appear to be a case sensitive compare), I think the fix is to set it to

I am no longer getting rough opalines recognized as rare. Now if I could just harvest a rough opal to make sure this is indeed the fix
