Au3 for KE : KO Discussion

Does this send the keys using a format KE recognizes? I've made a macro that sends keys to notepad, but I did the same thing making an autotyper in VB6 and it wouldnt let me open it. When i opened my VB6 auto.exe file it said something like does not have permission or something...
