Im having problems getting most of this stuff to work properly or at all. One issue was when I had a mobs ID and entered into MrArgus, I checked loop so that it would run until the mob pops, I instantly d/c. I also can not get the launchpad to load, always getting a error.

MrArgus runs until the mob pops without checking loop. You probably crashed because you have the wrong offsets.

As best that I can tell I have the correct offsets. I used the FFXiOffset tool found on these forums to get current offsets and thats what im using.
Using the supplied Npc.exe program to get the ID's is kinda a pain as it just scrolls random hp% everytime the mobs move around. Is this all do to wrong offsets? Or is there another solution to the problem?

The offset finder doesn't work for everyone. Try these:
| Code: |
INITCODE=12BBD0
PCMAP=3D09E0
NPCMAP=3CFDE0
TARGETINFO=425B9C
OWNPOSITION=3CF724 |
as for NPC.exe alternatives, you can use either
http://www.taultunleashed.com/phpbb2/download.php?id=3386
or
http://www.taultunleashed.com/phpbb2/download.php?id=3372

Thank you, ill give those offsets a try. Ive been using npc-joe for the id's since npc.exe is buggy.

If Argus crashes you, use my offsets.

try the offsets that cosby posted above, those fixed my argus. I still cant out claim the gil sellers though. when fine tuning argus do i need to test it at a frequency 1 to get the right time or does that not matter?

Not really sure what your saying there, but MrArgus does its thing, every time it notices a change in the mobs status. So if you set MrArgus to catch that Rock Eater with the ID in the screenshot, it will think that it needs to go off everytime the mobs HP changes.
....riceballman eh?

Delay is what controls your ability to claim. Too low of a delay and your JAs/Spells will lock. Too high and you'll get outclaimed. Best to test on a low spawn timer mob.

I understand about the delay, but does the freq affect that also?
