PRE POST FARMING??? : GW Discussion

anyone know any pre post farm areas???

there is no pre post for item farming if u want exp just kill stuff u see

farm the Charr in the Northlands. They'll occasionally drop a purple item.

do a smite run as a monk through the catacombs and usually a couple of dyes will drop.....and if you lucky a purple.

Why would I be lucky if the monsters drop a purple?Thats the worst dye.

oh, hehe no i didnt mean purple dye.. your really looking for black dye i mean a purple item, i think in all my characters in pre sear i have seen 1 gold drop.. and i think i might even be wrong on that

We're talking about Pre-searing so not much FOw or UW action here.

Eh i thought he meant pro/post as in either or if he means pre sear make a w/n, at lvl 14 in pre my war could solo the charr across the walll very easily.Bandits are a nice way too, Many people farm bandits just b/c they often drop dyes including Black

Solo huh, how did you open the gate solo?

If it's like me I ask someone nicely who is doing the across the wall mission to do the mission then warp out leaving me in there.

Hello. I wouldn't worry too much about shortened spellings as you will soon pick them up in game.

FoW - Fissure of Woe
UW- Underworld

Both of these are only available at certain times in the game, you pay to enter and can get some very good drops.

Are you mad, the presear has the best black dye exploit going, only no one wants to spends 6 months in pre sear, go to the banits just outside ashfor abbey and there is the settlement strongbox ( i think ) being guarded by 4 lvl 3 banits and several other banits, kill them all, but dont complete the quest, i farmed like 2 black dye there in just a few hours, the exploit has never been fixed, although im sure the drop rate has.

Also as someone else said the catacombs are great for dye drops with a smiting monk.
