How do u get different skins for ur pet and are there any hacks for pets so they look cooler.

No, the pets you get are just like items you get from chests. After your character turns one year old, he gets a "present" in his inventory. You open the present, just like if it were a chest, and it turns into a pet. The chances of getting a rare pet are the same as that of getting a rare item from a chest. so are the pets the same as what the ranger can get? or do they have other pets

Birthday pets are not the same as Ranger pets - they cannot fight or, indeed, have any useful function whatsoever apart from making my girlfriend happy

i wish u could get a azure thingy as a pet because they kick a$$

it would be cool if we could buy equiment and armor for pets. Ranger pets, not minipets

matching armor for u and ur pet!!

phoenixes prbly look the coolest outta alll the pets (although personnaly crabs also look cool hehe how dey walk) and white tigers i recon r second. although spiders and black moas supposed be strongest but all pets have 80 armor and i think do as much dmg as a hammer 18-35

what is this talk of presents ive never heard such things

All 12 month old characters get a present which, when opened, give a random creature that follows you about in PvE areas.

Can't wait for my 1 year mark.

btw any pet's except of the bear is totally same
it's just the look that makes the difference, a bear attack slower..
