SWG Requests : Star Wars Galaxies Discussions

Hello, i was wondering if it was possible if we could get a real-time chat logging program for SWG. Similar to what you have made for DAOC. If the /log command for SWG is real time someone please correct me, but i am pretty sure it is not. Would be nice to set up some small macros that worked off of triggers from log file.

the chat log file i found was not real-time.

in SWG/profiles/acountname/server/character_chatlog.txt

It updates after you log off.

ok, I'll start on a rt chat logger for SWG. Hmm.. wonder if that will win me the plugin prize..

Confirmed on that chat log. It updates only after you log off. There is a file that is updated in rt, but it is not a .txt file and cannot be read by apps like notepad or wordpad. It is in the same directory as the aforementioned chat log, but is filenamed <somelongnumber>.uis
