City Kill Flag Anyone : EverQuest 2 Premium Discussions

Apparently there is a Necro AA Ability used for aggro decrease that will flag an individual for PvP in cities.

Imagine all the broker kills you can rack up and the $$!

cant work only aa that reduces threat is distacting strike , and pet has to hit target for it to proc threat reduce on caster.

sorry to bump an old thread but I have seen this still happening where a non carnage player gets attacked in town. If this is how its done with the decrease threat spell with necros does this work with assassin spell surveillance? it is also a threat decrease but it is cast directly on a target.
