When is the best time for making veterans?

Hope this revives this area of Tault! The best answer I can give to your question is this, unless your buying your veterans from the store, (I am assuming this is not the case) then it is all a matter of taste for the gamble of creating veterans. Rookies to Experts are an automatic function, and 1 expert is like 2 rookies. I takes 10 experts to make 10 Vets but it is like a 1-5 shot at getting those Vets. If you don't get them you lose the 10 experts, and the cash to try to create the Vets. My rule of thumb is always have 20 experts, when you get 30 experts give it a shot win lose or draw you still have your 20 experts.

Yea.. But its best to do it on your sailor when his level is below 48.. After 48.. The chance of getting vets decrease and it'll be harder.. They have also ninja nerfed the chance of getting vets and ninja nerf a lot of stuff lol
