File Decrypter : Cabal - General / Guide - Discussions

Hello,
Not sure if this can be done very easily but i was looking through some of the files in the cabel online folder and noticed like Lineage 2, the config files (.ini) and the data files (.dat) are encrypted.

It would be good if someone could decrypt these files as you would be able to enter your own shortcut keys etc...

If anyone has any info on this, let me know.
