If you use a ship scanner on someone who has their drones out in space. Their drones attack you. If they are in high sec space. Concord shows up and wtf pwns them. If they are in low sec 0.1-0.4 and at a gate or station, the sentry guns will get them.

However, if they report you for doing this you'll probably get a GM in your ear, so make sure you act like you didnt know that would happen, you were just innocently scanning a ship

Start with a toon that has int for electronics and frig skill right out of school.

Get the aggro going with the trial account.

Initiate concordokken.

Show up on other toon and notice an unsecure can with nobody watching it. Loot can. Oh noez, agression timer!
