also...
Yes this is a great technique, but not all pet classes actually have possess pet.
However.. send pet to attack a mob.. and then tell it to back off, and it stands in its tracks (OR use your method). Then target an ally.. starget casting bind sight.. then QUICKLY target pet before the spell lands, and bam.. you are bound sight to your pet and then can target something pet pull it.. and you are golden.
This worked great in EoF Beta when some zones were not complete
Worlwide Wide Dvinn Kill FTW ! I was also glad to take part in the 1st world wide kill of Naggy !! p.s. to original poster.. send me a msg with your guild.. sounds like one I would like to join for fun

The technique of tault_davuswho sounds good and really should be a post in the "Bind Sight" thread here (http://www.taultunleashed.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=36893&n=EQ_Exploit_Apply_Bind_Sight_on_mobs_). The original post, however, was nerfed long ago and should already be in the Nerfed forum. You certainly can't do #6. Possess your minion next to any door and try to open it. You will get the message:
You cannot perform this action while possessing a creature.
This, in and of itself makes this trick utterly useless.
