EDIT: Acutally I was told today in a relevant conversation about chapter skipping that you can skip over the Coronet chapter and begin the quest in Tyrena by talking to Sinis (-5010, -2470) outside of the Tyrena Medical Center, saving a TON of time. If this can be confirmed, just get a level 40+ friend to help you do "Crash & Burn", "What Happened to Donovan" and repeat "Scavenger Cleanup" until you hit level 35 or so. This would reduce the grind time from level 5-35 to about 2-3 hrs before you could be doing the Scavenger repeat quest solo!!

This shortcut to levelling may not be around forever, but I've levelled 4 toons to level 80+ using this method in the past month. I'll do my best to describe how to accomplish this both solo (for new players) and with the help of a level 40+ friend or alt. I hope to gain premium access by sharing my levelling trick, and I am the original author of this posting.
PART 1: LEVEL 5-35 (2½ - 6 hrs.)
I've found a good method of levelling up a new combat toon SOLO from 5-35 in about 5½ - 6 hrs, but having a friend help will drastically shorten the time. I got so sick of the Legacy quest while levelling one combat toon, especially with the fact in mind that I had three more level 5 toons to grind up. I was desperate for a way around it and searched until I struck gold! Here's a rundown of the method....

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
A swoop is nice to have for reducing your travel time, and if you can grab a level 40+ friend with about 2-3 hours of free time this will be SUPER easy. Otherwise you'll want to buy an R3 combat droid (melee, CL30) and a battery or two. Prices needed vary by server, but each of my new toons required approximately 100k credits donated by my main (or a friend, whichever your situation).

Once you've:
A) recieved some credits and/or necessities from your other toon or a friend, OR
B) done enough questing ( or begging :wink: ) in Mos Eisley....
its time to buy a ticket out of there. Begin by travelling to Coronet. Speak to Lt. Mack Jasper (-70, -4634) at the bank next to the starport. He'll send you to Ral Mundi (-139, -4717) at the starport entrance. Ral asks you to help him find a lost shipment he was expecting, and you need to speak to 2 people to help him.

Go into the starport and take a left toward the landing area where you'll see Jesseb Convorr (Coronet Starport Master: -63, -4681) next to a broken terminal. Speak to him and remember this guy's location for later. Next you'll speak to Abagga Creel (a businesswoman: -296, -4659). Return to Ral Mundi.

Ral wants you to go into space and follow the path of the shipment, so you'll need a ship. Accept the mission and go back toward Abagga Creel's location. There is a guild hall across the path from her. Enter it and speak to Sgt. Rhea (a Corsec pilot trainer -273, -4732). Join up with Corsec and he'll give you a noob Scyk fighter. Return to the Starport and make sure you delete the Corsec mission.

This can be soloed if you have a little space experience. If not, this is a good time to group up with a friend. Launch into space and run Ral Mundi's mission. It consists of flying to two waypoints. A third waypoint is given, but along the way you'll be attacked by three Tier 1 Ragtag ships. Destroy them and Home Port (in the Main Menu) back to Coronet.

Speak with Ral again to collect a less than advertised amount of XP (due to xp gain caps) and he'll send you to intimidate some Ragtags. You'll find some nearby (-220, -4900).

Now is a good time to either convince your friend to hang out for a bit longer or to pull out that attack droid and program it. I'll continue by explaining the droid method in place of the combat that your level 40+ friend would be doing for you.

If the droid has an Auto-Heal feature, bring up the radial menu on the droid and turn Auto-Heal on. Now for reference I use these commands:

Attack: a
Follow: f
Follow Target: t
Group: g
Stay: s
Store: k

Now that the droid is programmed, say "g" to group with it. Now set up a Droid command macro:

/yell t;
/pause 6.5;
/yell a;

Note: Begin using this method of attack while keeping yourself about 65m away from the mobs youre attacking. As you advance in levels you can shorten the distance and lower the pause time accordingly. 40m would be /pause 4; etc. until you've reached a level allowing you to get a few shots in for yourself. The long distance is to allow yourself room should a meatlump or ragtag charge you, which does happen on occasion. I'd say its pretty safe close in to 40m at level 18 or so and let the droid continue to do the work until you've reached around level 27.

At your 65m distance, target a ragtag and fire off the Droid macro. The R3 droid will make quick work of the ragtags. Next you'll be sent to a bunker to take out Tomi Jinsin (-525, -5055). Again, with a little patience your droid should get you in and out of the bunker, although I died twice in getting my 4 toons past this bunker. Once this is finished you'll travel to the Coronet capital building to inspect a shipment that sits in the room to the left of the stage (An assortment of shipping crates -195, -4595). Return to Ral Mundi, then speak with Lt. Jasper (-70, -4634) again.

Speak to Lt. Jasper, who will then send you to speak with Jesseb Convorr (Coronet Starport Master) again to investigate a vandalized terminal. Convorr will send you to speak to Finn Shallo (a Corellia Times editor -175, -4444). You'll be given the mission "Take a bite out of the Meatlumps", which requires you to kill 6 Meatlumps (-160, -4950). Use your droid and same tactics & macro as with the Ragtags to kill 6 Meatlump Dunders/Lunks. To save time, have your droid stay in that area but out of the Meatlump's agro range. Return to Finn Shallo to collect your XP and 10k+ credits.

Speak with Finn Shallo again and he'll send you to Demmi Wot. Once "Speak to Demmi Wot" is updated as your next quest, open your journal and delete it, then return to Lt. Mack Jasper (by the bank -70, -4634). Once again, accept "Take a bite out of the Meatlumps" quest. Rinse & repeat the text thats posted in yellow until level 36 if your soloing through this with a droid.
If a friend is helping you instead, it isnt a bad idea to accept "Take a bite out of the meatlumps" once more and then move on to PART 2 without completing it. This will leave the repeatable in Coronet open for future use if needed.

IMPORTANT NOTES: As I said before, the droid is useful up to about level 27-28. After that you can start to reap the xp from doing the combat yourself. You will recieve the 10,258 credits each time. Adding a loot macro is helpful in gaining the credits as well. However, you WILL NOT automatically recieve 10,765 xp as listed... Not yet, anyway. This is due to XP award caps. As you gain each level, the amount of XP you're rewarded will increase. It should take 2 runs per Level until you reach level 16. At level 17 if you wish to, find an entertainer and get a buff. Prior to level 17, an entertainer buff will have no affect on XP earned, so theres no need to bother. Using a swoop, each run takes me approximately 4 min to make a round trip from Lt. Jasper and back to begin the next. With that said, its time for part 2.

PART 2: The next repeatable (45-90 minutes)

As I explained above, I accepted one more round of "Take a Bit Out of the Meatlumps" and only killed 2 of 6 in hopes it will remain open in the event of a fix, should I need it in the future. Then I went to spoke to Lt. Joth (-285, -4695) in front of the CorSec pilot trainer guildhall just west of the starport in Coronet. After a couple short missions on the fringle of Coronet and a trip to a bunker, I was doing the Tyrena quests. I'd estimate 45min to 90min of questing between the Coronet repeatable and Tyrena repeatable if youre level 35 or higher or you have a friend helping when you Speak with Lt. Joth.

Once in Tyrena, a few short quests are given until the next repeatable. It begins with Cora outside of Tyrena, Corellia. After completing "Crash & Burn" which asks you to kill a few Deflarian Scavengers near Cora, you're given the "What happened to Donovan?" quest. Go to the camp, follow the courier (WITHOUT ATTACKING HIM) from the camp, across the river and along the riverbank to a bunker. Its ok to stop short of the bunker to stay out of agro, just wait until he returns and heads toward the river again. Once youre given the update to intercept the Courier, attack him.

Next you'll go inside the bunker and find Donovan in the first room to the right. Speak to him, then kill a few mobs, an underboss and a boss to complete this quest. Next you return to Cora (-4310, -2540) and she gives you the "Scavenger Cleanup" quest (Kill 15 Deflarian Scavengers - CL36). The mobs spawn in groups within 20-100m from Cora on the beach around the shuttle crashsite.

Once you've completed, return to Cora and she'll tell you about where Donovan last seen his hijacked ship, and you recieve the "Deflarian Cleanup" quest. Instead of going to it, speak with Cora again and ask if theres anything else that needs taken care of . You'll recieve "Scavenger Cleanup" again and can continue to do so repeatably for 10,295 xp and 3000 credits per run. As long as you dont move on to "Deflarian Cleanup" you can stay on the beach and continue to repeat "Scavenger Cleanup".

At low level (36-40) each round of Scavengers took 3 min to complete solo. In the mid levels (40-60) it dropped to 2 min, and with two others doing the repeatable we managed to knock it down to 1 min per round when we hit it hardcore. As far as levelling time, it took me 40 min to get from level 59-60 with two of us grinding there.

Thats roughly 150,000 xp per hour soloing in the lower levels, and over 500,000 xp per hour in a good group!

Can I still do these quests if I have already completed the whole Legacy Quest? Or will I just get a message from the NPC's saying thanks or what not? Thanks.

If you have completed the legacy quest, there are faster ways to level. Like grinding creatures, or doing Kashyyyk or Mustafar.

I was grinding a toon using this quest the other day when all of the sudden Cora says that she is investigating something then disappears.

Wasn't nerfed till this morning with Chapter 4.5. The second part is now no longer repeatable, but the first part is. Just a heads up. I didn't believe whoever it was said it was nerfed so I tried part 2 last night. AFK I took my character from level 36 to level 50 when the servers went off. Coulda gotten a lot farther if the servers hadn't gone off.
