Decrease your Martok faction. : Vanguard Submissions

I'm not sure why you would want to do this but it works. I have gotten a few people I didnt like on the FFA PvP server to fall for this trick by telling them it drops a quest item. So here it goes.

Over behind the broker in Martok by the bank, right next to the fire, there is a lvl 16 bear. It is fairly easy to kill. Once you kill him you get a massive -800 Martok Faction. I found this out on accident but if there is someone you dont like you can trick them by telling them it drops a quest item. I haven't seen anyone else try this or try to get people to do this.

Still not sure if there is a reason why you might want to do it yourself but it works.
