$15 monthly, but if you pre-order it you have a choice of paying $200 for a life time subscription, or $9.99 per month until you cancel.

If it turns out to be a some what popular game, I'm sure there will be at least a few bots and other programs for it.

No it's not turn based, the combat system is like that of WoW and EQ2
