example:

would be visible to everyone haha!

What's the point? Emotes have always been around. It's not like a NPC will talk to you from an emote.

it works. and would only be used on pvp where Freeport qyenos and exiled cant talk to each other. and in the title it says "A way to Cuss out the freeps or Q's!" no one said anything about talking to non-player characters with it.

Yes, this is how we communicate on PVP servers as goodies and baddies and exiles cannot talk or interact with each other (other than fight).
