For any noob starting their first mmorpg : GW Guide Discussion

When i first start an mmorpg i always look around for a traveling partner around the same lv. If your lucky you will find someone to go through many parts of the game with. And in Guild Wars if you can't find a buddy because your a loser, get a henchie. Secondly, the rich prosper. Kill monsters run errands get money!!!! The more money you have, the better armor and weapons, the better you get, and the more people like you. I will be posting a money guide next week when I have fully perfected the technique.

Along the lines of "find a buddy", in Guild Wars, find a Guild. You may not stay in it, but finding a guild early on will help you find places to farm, builds, and people that can give you money when you need some.

aye nice guide, but its hard to find a good guild straight off. but if you ask enought people you should find one easy enought

I also suggest asking some experienced player (better if its your same vocation) for some advice like where you should hunt and until what lvl
also CHECK THE WEBPAGE FORUMS
many people don't do that and most of them have great guide on how to lvl, make money and get lvls

they also may contain answers to any problems u had at the start

Yup, good guilds are helpful. Of course, you couldn't expect them to come help you ALL the time. You could also find someone to Dual Farm with most of the time

Just join a guild and be nice.

Good Advice but u were wrong when u said "look around for a traveling partner " because u can farm more money without a partener and without a hench u can just create a 55hp monk and go out an start killing undeads in HM and u'll get perfect bows and swords that cost 10k-30k if u have a dervish is more easy because u can kill every monster even the bosses and get grennies
