Can Hunters Dual Wield? If so at what level? Is there a certain location for this ability?

Yes they can, but I think it comes at level 20.

Why must they taunt us by not letting us get to the actual good stuff that comes after level 15?!

Yes they can i have a huner(in trial account) and i have 2 swords I LOVE THEM
