EASY MONEY WITH QUESTS:
Once you have completed your selected race's tutorial you will have access to the world of LOTRO. Once you enter your first town look for NPC's with an orange ring above their heads. These are NPC's that will grant you quests. Once a quest is completed you will receive 90 copper coins and most likely additional rewards. The average income of this method is 11,500 coins per hour if you work at it.

EASY MONEY FARMING:
NOTE:This method best works with the dwarven race.

Once you exit the dwarven mines you will enter your first city, on the outskirts of this town is a lightly wooded section near a frozen lake. Every 30 seconds a highland cub will appear. Once slain you can loot: light fur, cub paw, etc. These items (if sold while stacked in increments of 10) will bring in more than 12,000 coins per hour and will also rake it some additional combat experience.

I think this is way too self explanatory. Ofcourse you get money doing quests, but theres not an infinate amount of quests to be done. And yes you can sell the loot you get from monsters, but at those lvls the money you get is very very low.
Also when you say coins do you mean silver or copper? cause theres no way that you can get that much silver per hour and if its copper then its only 115 s which isnt much seeing as you can get twice as much a few lvls ahead. Not to mention the repair costs your going to have to pay.

Atm I'm gonna say /nay as I don't think this deserves prem. The guide is way too self explanatory and a waste of time for most players (Imo) to be doing if you at those lvls when you can get more money doing less at only a couple lvls higher.
