Charm Caster : Vanguard Discussion

I see ppl with the prefix "Charm Caster". What does this do, and how do I get it?

Its crafting that you get from one of the NPC's in KHAL from a npc in that Arcane training hall that has teh Bloodmage trainer and other casting type trainers. There is a Charm Caster trainer there that if you lvl 27 in crafting, not sure if its just artician but maybe others you can get the quest to craft charms. So far the only charm I can make is a Harvest Charm that when used gives you harvest resources once every 24hours IN-Game time you have to spend on your char, what is a bunch of BS!, that better change. The interesting charms are at lvl 37, witch you can use to attack enemys with in either Fire,Water,Air,Earth.

What kind of effect do these have? Is there a "Charm" spell that I could learn?

Has anyone do the crafting part here?
