P/L service recommendation? : Vanguard Discussion

I'm thinkin about having a toon power-leveled on Tharridon. Can anyone recommend a service?

!@#$%^&* took a week when they said 2 days 6 hours. They also pvped my my toon. Even killing ppl in an allied guild. He also linked crap loot gained off missive drops into my guild chat , then ignored my guildies /telling him. I eventually got half my cash back after the week passed he had done have the agreed lvls.

thats why the best pl service is an espresso machine and a good few days off work
