Ok now if you go to the City Hall in Bree Town youll find a grocer on the left as walk in. This grocer is confused and is selling crafting consumables at half price!

Edit: Use it while it lasts cause this will be nerfed as it is known by devs. This poster below Demekeg is full of cr@p. crafting consumables are available at grocers in every town.

ask in /advice (ingame) where can you buy crafting supplies - you'll get 50 ppl that spam you with "go to bree town hall"

ask a GM about it and they'll tell you the NPC is working fine.

I'd like to retract my nay and substitute a yay... According to the devs, this isn't intentional and will be fixed eventually. I was under the impression that it was intentional, and I was afraid if we started calling it an exploit then they might nerf it anyway like they did with farming.

It was nerfed before Open Beta, because players could make decent money with it. After it was nerfed, you could still make a small profit if you were willing to invest a lot of time and about 200s into it, even though it was incredibly boring. Some players thought farming was way too boring to do themselves, and were really upset that people who would do such a boring task could make a small profit. Even though the devs stated that farming was working as intended, people would still try to spread the rumour that it's an exploit.

Granted, most of the people who were begging for the second nerf were people who didn't know much about the game or anything about farming and didn't realize that even at lvl15 you could make more money than the lvl30 crafting tier by killing mobs. They weren't complaining solely to put people at a disadvantage for not playing the same way as them; they were just ignorant. But anyway, enough ranting... That's just one of my pet peeves. The idea that if I don't take advantage of a feature, right, or freedom that I should create kick and scream until the devs or legislators need to come in and punish everyone for doing something legitimate that I wouldn't bother with personally or create nerfs/laws restricting others of taking advantage of something legitimate that I wouldn't have personally bothered in the first place. really now, I am done ranting... feel free to delete my post, if it's irrelevant. I just wanted to explain the farming reference for those who might not have heard the full story.
