Ok now if you go to the City Hall in Bree Town youll find a grocer on the left as walk in. This grocer is confused and is repairing everything at half price! Even paying a couple silver to travel there at the end of a play session saves you alot of silver. Enjoy it while it lasts mates!

Yeah I can confirm this to be true, however this should be in the discusion for Lotro Cheats/exploit, seeing as its clearly a mistake.

Yeah, this works. Unfortunately, the devs have said that it is a bug and will be fixed. So take advantage of this while you can... Maybe we'll get lucky and they'll change their mind.
