Desperate hurry for a buddy key. : LOTRO - Discussions

I have been seriously itching to just run out and buy the game lately, but as moneys tight, that would be a bad idea if I did not fully love the game. I posted this also in Ask a Pro, but I was not sure if free members could read/post in there. Any who, my question that I ask is does anybody have a buddy key I could use? (they no longer offer them over the phone.)

Question to Admins, If somebody gives me a buddykey could I possibly transfer some TuBucks over to them? (~200) ?

I plan on purchasing the game this weekend myself, I'll IM you the buddy key that I get at that point - if you haven't managed to get one by then.

I am really fed up with Turbine!

After spending hours downloading the game (officially), I installed and an hour later (whilst it updated etc) thought I was going to play the game. That was 5 hours ago!

Since then, I've tried everything I can think of to try to find a buddy key, including buying one (offgamers system wouldn't work). I've called turbine and codemasters in the UK, no joy.

Why on earth do they do things like this??? Make a game downloadable, but don't give any meaningful way to access it.

Well, I've had it. If they can't think about such important things before making it available, it doesn't say a lot for the game - maybe it's not worth bothering about after all.

rofl seriously dude.. the buddy key card tells u where to download the client, thats the purpose. U downloading the client without a key seems abit ur own problem and not turbines.
