Vanguard VG VSOH

Does Xunleashed for Vanguard include a radar that tracks players (like it does for Dark Ages of Camelot)?

I know it has a radar that will track harvesting nodes, and stuff like that. But will it track players to help you find PVP, and show you when players are coming towards you but out of clip range?

i thought it did when i was testing it in the early phases but i dont remember if it can track people. i know it shows monsters, harvesting, and npc's but not positive on pc's.
