Error Message : KO Discussion

Ok i keep getting this error message that says "KnightOnLine.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sory for the inconvenience."I dont have to close it right away but if i don't i just closes KOL in about a minute anyways. It's really getting annoying..it happens a lot now and it sucks not having premium and getting it cuz i can't get back on then. I already virus scanned and cleared my cache then reinstalled KOL but it didn't fix the problem. Can someone please tell me if there is a solution to this?

Come on, somebody help X_X. I got the message 3x in Lost Temple so it isn't that fun.

waht do you have on(hack or client wise)?

I play by the rules apparently.. no hacks or anything. I use version 1.483 which i downloaded from download.com. I tried downloading Direct X also from the KOL website and still got it installed and that didn't help at all either. Ill just be running around or standing there or fighting something and it just pops up... I just got it in Lost Temple agn just 10 mins ago.
