Did you put the name of the nodes in the ini file?

okay, seriously...........what am I missing.
I followed the directions, still either not getting the bot to run, or getting error messages.
Did a complete reinstall of the game, did not install the UI I normally use.
Eq2Extreme gets installed right?
Does Exhume/Xunleashed get installed as well?
If so before or after EQ2Extreme?
is one or both apps supposed to be running in the back ground @ the same time? If either, then which one?
created the ultrabot file on C: edited the files as per the instructions
Start the game, initiate the bot.........
nothing or an error.
I have been trying to dig through the forums for the correct steps, but it seems there are more then a few "correct" steps for each of the above mentioned apps.
I was able to install the Radar and got that working.
not sure where I am going wrong with the bot.
I should post up the log files?
yes I am frustrated.
I am obviously getting something confused........just not sure what/where/how.
Update, went back, re did the inis for my toon.
Now, set to harvest, my toon just stands there but only cycles through the nodes. Will not approach and start to harvest. |

Think I got it figured out.
Didnt' realize i had to set the corresponding tool bar in the ini as well as the trigger icons.
It seems to be working alright for now.

Hey Slam i downloaded v5.5.2 and have a few issues. Debug files are attached. Running XP Pro Sp2, current EQ2Extreme
1. I get a dot net framework error when starting the bot. If i click continue the bot will load and function.
2. After running the bot for a few minutes harvesting the bot crashed and another dot net error. Bot would not restart but closed with exit button. I think I noticed that it crashes after it harvested all the nodes in range, but i may be mistaken.
3. On the config gui harvesting tab there is not a slot for "Shrub". Also noticed that when the gui saves it nolonger uses ~ in the unused fields.
If you need anything more, let me know

1. You missing a value in your char.ini RandomRunMode=
2. Try new version, if you still get an error then set debug to 10 and send me debug file after the crash
3. Added Shrub back, dont know why I miss it.
Yes now you dont need the ~ anymore.

Working great now! Thanks again
I found that after installing there is a new file "crafting.ini.backup" that should be renamed to "crafter.ini.backup" on the next build. I removed .backup and would not load the crafter setting. The readme says:
•Add a new file, crafting.ini, you need to put the crafting stuff in there now. Don’t forget to rename the file crafter.ini.backup to crafter.ini the first time you install this update.
Not really a problem after reading the instructions better, but may help on the first installs
