Ok, the most simple way of starting a "perma-TEF" (this is the name we call it where you maintain being TEF'd on someone, even after the typical duration of either: 5 minute wait, or a death of one of the two characters involved) is to grant someone else, the first-hit chance TEF on you; to get the first-hit chance "perma-TEF" on someone else, you need to be lucky (and I will describe what I mean when detailing this one).
"Perma-TEF" (with whomever you want to have the TEF, first-strike) against yourself:
Send a duel to someone opposing faction, Special Forces, whil you are only combatant or on leave. Then, simply run into a pvp zone, and get ganked before the person you chose to have a Perma-TEF on you has the chance to reject or accept the duel challenge. Yes, this definitely gives the person u chose an edge, as they can clone-camp you if you're foolish enough to keep cloning at the same spot, so be careful.
"Perma-TEF" on someone else:
Be overt, get challenged to a duel by someone opposing faction, non-SF. Then, provoke them to enter the pvp zone to die, or simply become untargetable (i.e. cloak, stealth, etc), and wait for them to foolishly cross into the pvp zone without you rejecting/accepting, and without them cancelling their duel challenge. Watch them die, or participate in the beat-down if u can get there before they get ganked, and... voila! You now have a "perma-TEF" on that person, AND you will always have the ability to attack them first (bear in mind, however, if they log out until their character vanishes, the TEF disappears, however, you will likely at least have the pleasure of killing said person more than a few times before they become depressed and log out to go commit suicide). Go, abuse this, and thoroughly enjoy all the hate-tells you get for exploiting this TEF. I know I do!
