Vanguard VG VSOH - Where to train mining/quarrying skills from T3 onwards?

It seems to me that there isn't any mining/quarrying caves from T3 onwards.

I'm now stucked with my mining skill at low 300ish and quarrying skill at low 400ish.

For mining, I know the mountain path next to South Watch is good (T2-T4 stuffs) but it's always crowded with harvesters.

Does anyone know any good training spots for mining skill (300 to 500) and quarrying (400 to 500)?

On Qalia, just north of the Desert Sun Trading Post (get a book from the crafting guy just by the entrance of the Leth Nurae crafting area to get it marked on your map) by the riverside is a small ruins. At that spot there are T4/T5 stone spawns. Only 5/6 of them and there's a slight delay between the last and the first, but it's quiet and I got to 500 in no time.

No idea about mining, sorry.

Anyone can share any good spot to train T5 mining to 500 skill?
