run a admin command prompt.

Find the command prompt in your start->programs->command... and right click on the shortcut.. and select run as Administrator.

Navigate to the dll's and then enter Regsvr32 DLLname

Thats it?

or can it be done from anywhere on the C: drive it doesn't have to be in the same folders?
