Mounting horse faster when exiting buildings : LOTRO - Discussions

This constitutes as a trick that has no aparent value aside from gaining few precious seconds.

When you exit a building in a town and youre in a hurry, you want to mount a horse as soon as possible.

Well we have all been doing it the conventional way of mounting a horse when the load screen loads our game (town) after we exited a building.

I found out if you run towards the door (we all do) and just as you hit that door exit portal surface press mount icon, youre allready mounted when (or allready finishing mount process) the scenery of outdoors loads.

Not much but I just thought I need to share this.

Actually this slows me down, not speeds things up

and to clarify I load fast (once in game) am always the first person to load when ever a hunter ports group

this depends on where you try it and Bree comes to mind which is laggy to begin with

Going through a door causes you to load, summoning a horse causes the progressive load bar to appear going through a door in bree trying to summon a horse saves me zwro time actually takes longer than doing the horse outside the door.......
