First you need to have some friend on both side: Q-Side and Freep-side. You find a place you know is out of regard becaus other player will report you to see freep and Qeynosian in same place and some doing nothing and waiting in place.
best its To have a minimum of 2 player of each side. Some computer can dual boxing easly. i have 2 computer at home and can dual 2 account on each computer. Qeynosian kill freep for token and vice versa. each half hour you will get Status, Guild Status, Token, XP or AA if you are at top lvl and you will increase your faction.

Best way its too have 3 on each side to keep you busy for an half hours

you will get your pvp armor, pvp weapon and jewel.
