Failed to create an IPC Port: Access is denied : LOTROExtreme

I have vgextreme working fine. Reg both dll's.

I download exume into lotrextreme and run lotrectreme.vbs in exume and get error line 448 omob something getnerstmob. I try to run lotrextreme and it does not load a screen. the process is started but no screen comes up. If i try loading again i get that pot error.

go to run
login fine
then it cant create ipc port
