Although this may not be a game breaker as far as levelling goes, this simple trick will help you quickly clear up XP debt so that you can turn finished quests in and not waste any xp on debt.
Zone: Fens of Nathasar
Requirements:
ROK Expansion
Bathezid's Watch Faction
Simple macro knowledge
Make a "Hail" macro that has 5 (10 lines max) command lines all saying /h (I kept it at 5 because I was too lazy to add more)
Get repeatable quest Watchful Eyes from Dragoon Linzinek (1073, 207, 1258). This requires Bathezid faction.
This quest requires you to hail 15 Bathezid Outriders.
Fly to Kylong Plains post and run to the nearest Bathezid Outrider
Hit you Hail macro...viola! as many quest updates from one mob as you have /h in your hail macro!
Get 15 updates, run back to Kylong Plains post, fly back, and turn quest in for about 1% xp and +500 Bathezid Watch faction.
Corrected macro info, and added zone.

This is in Fens not Kylong Plains. If this works this is good quick way of raising faction - However there are no other rewards for it. I will try it tonight. But if it does gain XP then that is bigger benefit.

yah this, I did it at 80 and it gave me 1% AA for doing it each time.
Though you can only put 10 hails in a macro, and it is in the fens.

Note....
This No LONGER WORKS..
Got on today.. they changed it.. you have to hail him. and click on a chat tab....
Cant do the 10 hails at once...
