*** TROUBLESHOOTING EQ2ULTRABOT 5.x ***

First I would like to tell you that I don't get any money for my program (Basic version), I do it because I want to. For the full version I do my best to give premium support to those people.
So support is something I do free of charge and I have a personal life that is more important, so
if I don't get back to you right away you know why. Also my program use eq2extreme and I have no
control over it, Gheezer support that program.

This is the steps you must do before asking for support:

1- Make sure you followed the installation instruction of eq2ultrabot

If EQ2Ultrabot does not work then post a message with the following info and files:

I will need the following information (all of it)

- OS, XP, Vista or Windows 7
- Version of EQ2ExtremeService.dll (right click on the file and check the version)
- Version of EQ2Ultrabot
- Do you have any files EQ2_UltraBOT_DEBUG_LOGx.log in your c:\eq2ultrabot directory
- Do you get any error message when you try to start eq2ultrabot?

I will need the following files (zip them all in one zip file)

- Your Char INI file (remove your char name in it and replace it with xxx, just dont remove it, put xxx)
- eq2extreme.log (search for the file and use the latest one if more then one)
- EQ2_UltraBOT_DEBUG_LOGx.log (if more then one send the latest one)

*** IMPORTANT *** : If you dont send all the information and the files, I will not give you any support.

Looting

In your EQ2 folder under UI crate a new folder name CustomUI
copy the content of CustomUI-files.zip in that folder
In your EQ2 folder open the eq2.ini and change all the contents by this:

cl_ui_skinname CustomUI
cl_ui_subdir UI/
target_allow_pet_self_toggle 0
target_allow_pet_member_toggle 0
cl_movie_enabled 0

If you want to use eq2maps, remove the application if already installed then reinstall it and it will install into the CustomUI folder.

*** Make sure you change the initchat key in EQ2 for something else then ENTER, I personnaly use [

What can I do to fix the error? I am new to the program, so I think I did everything correctly as per the directions here:

But maybe im missing something. Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated =)
