Not surprising. XIFish is the same way. I haven't seen the source- but I can only assume. Although, I suppose both applications were not originally written by TU.

Or they could have been rushed by TU just because people kept complaining about them?

The fixing of broken programs is done as fast as possible. The programmers follow a priority list though, as it's the only way to run a business (TU). Games with higher users and community population are higher on that list, while other games are lower. I hate to admit it, but WoW would probably be at the top of that list, while FFXI is below it.
The people who are working on this source are doing their best, and I can assure you of that. So I'll ask you to please be patient with them.
And if you're dissatisfied, please talk with admin or Wyvern.
~Thanks

Im not trying to raise any trouble, im just saying. I've done my share of stupid things on this site and now I'm done.
btw, seeing you post made reminded me of that site. I have to sign up sometime soon.
On a side note, if a service for WoW was released, I would definitely go back and finish my bot. I was so close to being done, and now the fucker_is just sitting in my projects folder. A big disappointment for me not to be able to finish it. Plus it could be open source and everyone could contribute to the project. I hate to brag, but it is a well written piece of software.

I am patient. ^^; I'm just stating that the programs could've been rushed.
Since I know some people rush projects for games they hate to get back to the games that they like more.
Besides I like the stuff that TU has for FFXI even if they might break once in a while, I don't use them enough to complain about them breaking.

After practice today I'll speak with Admin and see if I can try to update the source myself. If not then you'll have to wait for the programmers to do it :\

x.x; I don't mind the wait! I'm bad with all technology for the most part seeing as I either make it fry itself or blow up.

The nm alert works, be sure to get the latest version. It was fixed weeks ago.
And yea it is not originally something I wrote, just something I have been helping the tu guys maintain.
Scan back a few days to see my reply. Tested as of that day it was working.

NM Alert sounds pretty janky tbh, I had assumed that someone had released a solid bot by now but if not I can dust off mine and publish it for a paycheck.

For the sake of the other member here, do it please. TU's support of programs is... shaky at times, to put it nicely.

didn't he just take the argus source code and the c++ example for windowerhelper.dll and combine them? I always tried to do the same, but for some reason it would never compile. Even the straight argus source wouldn't compile. Still not completely sure why to this day.
