Extreme 30s to initialize Error : LOTROExtreme

Each time I start Lotroextreme and login with my username and password the same error occurs and the program is closed.

Error message:

A Startup Error occurred.

Note: Made sure to delete all the files and start the updater over.
Changed the directories.
No Firewall or AntiVirus Active while troubleshooting.
Reloaded .Net, Scripter, and Debugger

Any ideas?
